I’m Max Lomaev, a service & UI/UX designer passionate about crafting digital products that are both user-friendly and brand-driven. I believe that a website is an important part of a brand’s identity, so I focus on every detail to make it both functional and visually compelling.

My journey in design began after gaining experience in marketing and media. That’s why I focus not only on creating visually appealing products but also on understanding the users and their needs. I am constantly growing — I hold a bachelor's degree in design and am currently pursuing a master’s at Politecnico di Milano.

I received my bachelor degree in Applied Computer Science in Design, a combination of technical tools and design theory.

At the marketing agency, I worked on the development of creative advertising campaigns, copywriting, and production.

UI/UX design

As a freelancer, I implemented a wide range of websites, working with cultural institutions, manufacturers, logistics companies and other clients.

Politecnico di Milano

2024-present

Now I'm doing my master's degree at Politecnico di Milano. I'm studying Product Service System Design, going beyond the borders of digital products and exploring design as a tool for developing sustainable systems.

I always begin the design process with a discussion about the brand and references, as it's essential for me to understand the uniqueness of each business in order to reflect it through design. Then, I provide from 3 to 5 design concepts, after discussing which I begin working on the project. For me, it's not just about the design itself but also the final outcome—so I always complement my projects with clear design systems, support the development process, and answer developers' questions until the final result is achieved.
